Active Balance

Active Balance is a dynamic Yoga-based stretching programme that leaves you feeling relaxed and renewed. It combines the fundamental principles and practices of Yoga, Pilates and Tai Chi such as controlled breathing, concentration, flexibility and strength training to create a holistic workout that brings the body, mind and soul into a state of balance and harmony.

Active Beat it out

A cross between using drumsticks to beat to music and doing boxercise and kik boerise to music. The boxing is pad and contact free, but will shadow the punches and kick used and really combat calories.

Active Bhangra Blitz

Simple but powerful moves from Bhangra that creates an amazing calorie burning fitness workout. This is not a dance class but uses easy to follow ballistic movement and music that lifts you to push yourself even further.

A session to look after your heart, aimed at people who may have had cardiac problems. Usually fitness suite instructor referral.

Active HIITs

High intensity interval training designed to make you sweat and burn large amounts of calories in a short space on time. This can be gym based or in any of our state of the art studios.

Participants who are suffering from the effects of a stroke will also have the chnace to meet others in similar circumstances.
