Air-X Admissions Policy
In order to help provide the safest possible environment for children to enjoy the benefits of Active Air-X, the following adult to child supervision ratios apply:
- Children under 6 years must be supervised on the inflatable by a responsible person aged 16 years or over on a 1 to 2 basis.
- Children under 8 years must be accompanied by a responsible person aged 16 years or over on a 1 to 3 basis.
- Children aged 8 years and over are permitted to attend appropriate aged sessions.
Your co-operation is appreciated in helping ensure that the safest possible environment is maintained for children to enjoy Active Air-X. Each session includes a safety briefing followed by Active Air-X excitement! For further details please see our conditions of play.
We want you to have fun and play safe, so please remember…
- Children under 8 years must be supervised by a responsible person aged 16yrs or over.
- Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your session start time
- All sessions start with a safety briefing, then sessions last for up to 60 minutes
- Children must wear their wristbands at all times
- Comfortable clothing and socks must be worn at all times (participants are advised not to wear jeans)
- Guests are welcome to take photos during their visit, please ensure this is only of your own child/group
- Do not use the inflatable if you are, or think you may be pregnant
- Do not use the inflatable against medical advice or if in ill health
- No food or drink on the inflatable
- Valuables left at own risk. Active4Today accepts no liability for any personal possessions damaged or left in the centre
- No personal objects are to be taken on the inflatable, including mobile phones – please use lockers provided
- Do not intentionally lean on or fall on side netting
- No rough or dangerous play
- No somersaults or acrobatics
- Remove jewellery and hard objects
- Remove eyewear (unless required for those visually impaired)
- Always listen to and follow instructions from the Active Air-X Assistants
- Always slide feet first, with arms across your chest on slides
- Do not climb up a sliding surface
- Do not expose bare skin when sliding
- Height limit restriction in place for the toddler section
- In the event of an emergency, listen to and follow instructions of the Active Air-X Assistants
