TERMS AND CONDITIONS
XPERIENCE 7 DAY PASS
The pass is only available to junior members between 18.10.21 and 17.11.21 inclusive.
. STRICTLY one pass per customer.
. Any outstanding payments/fees must be cleared prior to taking up the offer.
. Customers will need to attend an Activation Appointment at their preferred leisure centre to activate the Xperience pass.
. Customers will require a unique email address that is not registered to any other members of Active4Today Ltd, Southwell Leisure Centre Trust or partner sites.
. Xperience memberships are available via the LeisureHub – www.active4today.co.uk/leisurehub
. Customers will need to quote ACTIVE at the checkout to reduce the joining fee by 50%.
. No refunds will be given where the promotion has not been applied, or has been applied incorrectly.
. Customers are required to bring evidence of their eligibility for a concessionary membership to their activation appointment. Where evidence isn’t provided, the membership will be amended accordingly.
. In taking out a membership, customers agree to abide by the terms and conditions of Activo and Active Card membership which are available in Leisure Centres and on the Active4Today website, and agree to have a photograph taken for identification purposes.
. Customers who do not comply with the current Health Commitment Statement and membership terms and conditions may be refused entry.
. Active4Today Ltd is a not for profit organisation. Joining fees go towards the cost of setting up and administering memberships.
. Active4Today Ltd reserves the right to withdraw the offer, at any time, without notice.
. No cash alternative.
