How do I get access to Course Hub?

If you’ve already created a Leisure Hub account for managing memberships or booking activities, please log in using your existing email and password. Forgot your password? Just click the ‘Forgot Password’ link located beneath the Log in button to reset it.

If you do not have a Leisure Hub account, please follow the instructions below:

 

If you don’t already have a Leisure Hub account, please follow these steps:

  1. Click the link provided to access Leisure Hub.
  2. Please do not click the 'Course Hub' button yet. Instead, select ‘Log in’ if you already have a Leisure Hub account and know your login details. This area won’t work unless you’re logged in.
  3. Don’t have an account?
    • If your child(ren) are already enrolled in courses, select ‘Existing Member’ to create your account.
    • Use the email address we contacted you on during setup.
    • Again, do not click the 'Course Hub' button at this stage.
  4. Check your inbox and click the confirmation link we’ve sent you.
  5. Confirm your account by clicking the link.
  6. Log in to your newly created Leisure Hub account.
  7. Once logged in, click the ‘Course Hub’ tab on the left-hand side of the screen.
  8. You’ll now be inside Course Hub, and the details of the bill payer will be displayed.

 

 Which lesson should I book for my child?

Below is a rough guide to what level your child is at based on their previous distance achievements. This can be affected by the type of pool they have swam in previously (longer distances in smaller pools etc.), if you are still unsure get in touch with our customer service teams who can arrange for an onsite assessment.

How do I book a lesson?

  1. Click on the ‘Book Classes’ button located underneath the bill payer.
  2. Using the drop-down menus, choose a site and then an activity and click on Show Centres.
  3. Filter classes by day of the week and hide classes that are full
  4. Choose the day/course/time and click on ‘Book this Course. You will then be prompted to either Continue Shopping or Checkout.
  5. Click to Checkout
  6. The next screen asks who will be attending the course and the Primary Payer’s details will be displayed. Click on ‘Add a new member’ and complete the details on the form that opens up.
  7. Choose the day/course/time and click on ‘Book this Course. You will then be prompted to either Continue Shopping or Checkout. Click to Checkout.
  8. The next screen asks who will be attending the course and the Primary Payer’s details will be displayed. Click on ‘Add a new member’ and complete the details on the form that opens up to add a child.
  9. The next screen details the memberships available to the child. Pick the most appropriate from the list and click ‘continue’ which will take you to the payment summary. Click ‘Continue’.
  10. You will then be directed back to Leisure Hub to make payment. Enter any valid promotional code and click ‘continue’.
  11. Complete the Primary Payer’s details, then enter the bank details for the account from which you would like the direct debit to be collected and tick the box to confirm you have the authority to set up a direct debit payment from the account.
  12. You will be prompted to accept the Health Commitment Statement and the Membership Terms and Conditions. Once both boxes have been ticked, click to continue and you will come to the direct debit summary page. Check that the information is correct and click on Pay Now.
  13. Follow the on-screen instructions to process the payment.
  14. You will receive an email to the email address that you registered as the bill payer. Save this for your records.

 

Having trouble creating a Leisure Hub account?

This could be because you're using a different email address than the one we have on our system, or your account might not have an email linked to it yet. Please get in touch with our customer service team so they can confirm and update your email details.

Concerned about assessment updates?

Yes—your child is still being assessed. Our teachers carry out ongoing assessments during each lesson as part of the learning process. Please note: not every lesson will result in a visible change in marks, as it often takes several sessions to fully develop and demonstrate the required standard for each skill.

Want to move to a different class on Leisure Hub?

If you or your child have completed a stage, new class options will be made available through Course Hub so you can book the next level.

Need a change in schedule? You can request a sideways move to another class on a different day or time—just note that only classes with available spaces will be shown.

If none of the listed options work for you, please contact your local centre to discuss alternative arrangements.
