Come along to our Parkinson’s Awareness Event

Join us at Newark Sports and Fitness Centre next Tuesday 15 September from midday (12pm) for a relaxed Parkinson’s Awareness Event. This brings together local support, advice and activity opportunities in one welcoming and friendly space.

The free drop-in event is open to people living with Parkinson’s, as well as family members, friends, carers and anyone who would like to find out more. You don't have to be an Active4Today member to attend. It's open to everyone.

Find out how physical activity can help people living with Parkinson’s maintain independence, improve wellbeing and manage symptoms.
